At NONE, privacy is fundamental. This policy clearly explains what data we collect,
how we use it, and how we protect it. NONE is designed with the principle of privacy by design.
Privacy Philosophy
NONE works completely offline by default. All your data (images, audio, settings)
is stored only on your device. We don't have our own servers, we don't collect your personal data,
and we don't share it with third parties.
Data We DO NOT Collect
- App content: We have no access to your images, audio, or boards created in NONE.
- Personal information: We don't collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any identifiable data.
- Health data: We don't collect medical or diagnostic information.
- Location: We don't track your geographic location.
- In-app behavior: We don't monitor how you use NONE within the application.
Data We DO Collect (website only)
This website (noneapp.org) uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site:
- Browsing data: Pages visited, time on site, country of origin (anonymized).
- Technical information: Browser type, operating system, device type.
- Anonymized IP: Your IP address is anonymized before being processed.
Important: This data is only from the website, NOT from the mobile app.
Google Drive (Optional)
If you choose to enable Google Drive synchronization in the app:
- Your data (images, audio, settings) is saved to YOUR Google Drive account.
- NONE only has access to the files it creates ("TeaBoard/" folder).
- We (the developers) DO NOT have access to your Google Drive.
- You can disable this feature at any time from the app settings.
Cookies
This website uses cookies only for Google Analytics:
- _ga: Identifies unique users (anonymized).
- _gid: Identifies browsing sessions.
- _gat: Limits request rate.
You can disable cookies from your browser settings.
Use of Data
Website analytics data is used to:
- Understand which pages are most visited.
- Improve the website experience.
- Know from which countries the site is accessed.
We NEVER sell, rent, or share data for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
Security
Since NONE works offline and we don't have central servers, your data is as secure as your device.
We recommend:
- Use a password/PIN on your device.
- Keep your operating system updated.
- If using Google Drive, enable two-factor authentication.
Children's Privacy
NONE is designed to be used by people of all ages, including minors. We do not intentionally
collect data from children under 13 years old. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided
personal data, contact us and we will delete that information.
Your Rights (GDPR and Regulations)
Although we don't collect personal data from the app, you have the right to:
- Access: Request what analytics data we have (if any).
- Rectification: Correct incorrect data.
- Deletion: Request data deletion.
- Portability: Export your data (your files are on your device/Google Drive).
- Objection: Reject the use of analytics cookies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by posting
the new version on this page with an updated date.
